Below is the full range of what we do, in-house, by the same team, from the very first conversation to the moment your book reaches a reader.
Writing Services
If you don’t have a manuscript yet, this is where we start. Some authors know exactly what they want to say but don’t have the time to write it. Others have the ideas but not the writing skill, or the confidence to get started. Either way, we work with you from the very beginning: understanding what you want this book to do, building an outline together, and writing draft chapters that sound like you, not like us.
What’s included:
- Discovery conversations to understand your story, argument, or expertise
- Collaborative outline development
- Full manuscript writing or ghostwriting, chapter by chapter
- Regular check-ins so you stay involved at every stage
Best for: Authors with an idea but no draft, business owners and coaches who want a book built from their expertise, and anyone who has always wanted to write a book but never found the words.
Developmental Editing
This is the heart of what we do. Developmental editing isn’t about fixing typos, it’s about making sure the book actually works: that the plot holds together, the argument builds logically, the pacing doesn’t sag, and the voice stays consistent from the first page to the last. Every developmental edit includes a story consultation call, because feedback delivered as a conversation lands differently than feedback delivered as a document.

- Full manuscript assessment and evaluation report
- Developmental edit covering structure, character arc, pacing, and logical consistency
- A story consultation call to walk through the feedback together
- Line editing for sentence-level rhythm, clarity, and voice
- A final proofreading pass before production
Best for: Authors with a complete or near-complete draft that needs professional shaping before it goes any further.
Production Services
Once the manuscript is ready, it needs to look the part. A well-edited book with a weak cover or clumsy formatting still struggles to find readers. Our production work covers everything between a finished manuscript and a print-ready, professionally designed book.

- Interior formatting to print specifications for KDP
- eBook formatting in ePub
- Back cover copy and author bio writing
Best for: Authors who have completed editing and are ready to move toward a finished, publish-ready file.
Digital Presence Services
A great book still needs to be found. Most editors stop at the manuscript. We don’t, because a finished book with no online presence rarely reaches the readers it deserves. This is where editorial work meets the digital skills most studios simply don’t have in-house.

Amazon Author Central profile setup - SEO-optimised book landing pages
- Amazon listing SEO, covering keywords, categories, and description
- Book launch content writing
Best for: Any author preparing to publish who wants to be genuinely discoverable, not just technically online.
Author Coaching
Publishing one book rarely means you’re done writing. Author Coaching is ongoing support for the authors who come back, whether that’s a second book already forming, a series taking shape, or simply wanting an experienced voice to talk through ideas with as you keep writing.
What’s included:
- Regular check-ins beyond a single project
- Early feedback on new ideas before they become full manuscripts
- Priority access when you’re ready to start your next book
Best for: Returning authors, and anyone who wants a long-term creative partner rather than a one-time service.
Publishing Services (Optional)
Publishing is the one part of this process that’s entirely your call. If you want us to handle it, we will, with full transparency on royalties and reporting. If you’d rather take your finished files and publish independently or through another route, that’s yours to do, no obligation either way.
What’s included:
- KDP publishing setup and upload on our account
- Royalty tracking and monthly reporting
- 80/20 royalty split in the author’s favour, after Amazon’s cut
- Available as a standalone add-on even if you didn’t use our other services
Best for: Authors who want a guided, hands-off publishing process without giving up visibility into how their book is performing.
